Responsible Design
We think about protection early, while decisions are still being shaped.
Security
Security is an ongoing responsibility. At JieLabs we approach security through careful design, continuous improvement, and responsible disclosure while protecting the privacy and trust of those who interact with our work.
Our Approach to Security
JieLabs approaches security as part of design, operations, and continuous learning. It is not a single moment of approval, and it is never treated as complete.
We try to make thoughtful decisions, communicate responsibly, and keep improving as our work evolves. That means staying attentive to risk without making claims of perfection.
Strong security begins with thoughtful design, not assumptions.
Security Principles
We think about protection early, while decisions are still being shaped.
We treat privacy and security as closely related responsibilities.
We revisit decisions as needs, risks, and expectations change.
We welcome good-faith reports and careful communication about concerns.
We aim to reduce unnecessary exposure without pretending risk disappears.
We keep learning from feedback, review, and practical experience.
Responsible Disclosure
If something appears wrong, a clear and good-faith report gives us the opportunity to investigate and improve responsibly.
We ask that security concerns be reported privately and with as much useful context as possible. Good-faith reporting means avoiding harm, respecting privacy, and giving us room to review the concern before sharing details publicly.
When we receive a report, we review it carefully, communicate responsibly, and work toward coordinated resolution where appropriate. We do not promise exact timelines, because each concern deserves the time needed to understand it properly.
What We Ask From Visitors
Security is helped by responsible use. We ask visitors to use JieLabs pages honestly, protect their own credentials, avoid misuse, and contact us if they notice something concerning.
You do not need special language to reach out. A clear note about what you saw, where you saw it, and why it concerned you is enough to start a responsible conversation.
Reporting a Security Concern
If you believe you have identified a security concern related to JieLabs, please contact us with as much detail as possible so that we can investigate responsibly.
A closing thought
Trust grows when responsibility stays active: clear thinking, careful communication, and a willingness to keep improving.
